Registration Information for 2025-2026
We can accept mid-year transfer registrations for students entering Preschool to 8th grade based on availability. A tour of the school is highly recommended with a shadow day for grades 2nd and older being highly encouraged. Email Danielle Kenney, Director of Marketing and Development, dkenney@olwschool.org to schedule a tour.
– A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required for all students at the time of registration. Without the registration fee, the student will not be put on any class list. The registration fee is refundable if you do not secure a spot in our school.
– New students also need to provide a LEGAL birth certificate (not the hospital copy) at the time of registration
– If the student is baptized, please also provide the baptismal certificate (even if baptized at OLW)
Copies will be made and originals returned.
