New Student Registration Form – 2026-2027

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of the Wayside School. New families interested in enrolling a new student in grades 1-8 should schedule a tour or come to the OLW Open House on Sunday, January 25. You can RSVP for Open House here.

You can email Danielle Kenney, Director of Marketing and Development, dkenney@olwschool.org to schedule a tour (of any grade) and to ask questions about the school, our programs and the enrollment process.

To apply, please complete the form below and submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), and the registration fee. A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required for all students at the time of registration. Without the registration fee, the child will not be put on any class list. The registration fee is refundable if you do not secure a spot in our school.

Since class size is limited, the following order will be considered when taking registrations:

Currently enrolled OLW School students
Brothers or sisters of currently enrolled OLW students
Children of OLW Parishioners registered before December 1, 2025
Children of OLW alumni
Children of Catholic families registered at parishes other than OLW
Children of non-Catholic families
