I am very excited to be teaching at OLW School! In 2018, I graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. This is my fourth year teaching and my second year teaching first grade. I believe in teaching the whole child socially, emotionally, and academically, through engaging and meaningful practices. My favorite part of OLW is the sense of community between students, teachers/staff, parish, and families. I love teaching because I love that I can make a difference, inspire, and mentor students every day. In my free time, I love to exercise, read, and spend time with my family. I am looking forward to a year full of learning and fun in first grade!
