I have had the pleasure of working with the Wayside School Community over 25 years now. I was a preschool aide for four years before I started working  in the school office.

My favorite thing about working at OLW is the personal interaction that I have with families, teachers and students; the support and sharing of all of life’s hardships and celebrations encountered on a daily basis. Working at OLW is more like a ministry for me than a job.
