It doesn’t matter whether I am teaching ELA, Social Studies, or any other subject, the best thing about teaching in a middle school are the students; their curiosity about what they are learning and how best to learn it really starts to come through during these years. I enjoy creating an environment that allows them to explore the facets of the curriculum that interest them most.
