Nearly half of our faculty and staff are also current or former parents or alumni, which says a lot about the close-knit community that makes OLW so special. Our preschool and kindergarten programs continue to grow, and we are blessed to welcome new students in many of our upper grades as well.

We look forward to an amazing year together as we live out this year’s theme, “Angels Among Us,” and work to be angels for one another. What a wonderful time to be an OLW Wildcat!

Wednesday mornings from 8:30 -9:30am in the rectory basement.

Wee Wildcats will be in action starting October 7.
We welcome you to join with school parent volunteers in the rectory basement to visit with other caregivers of young children. There will be games and books. It’s a very informal setting – come for the whole hour or just drop by for a short time.
We appreciate knowing who can join us (use this sign up link), but feel free to drop by even without signing up.

Drawings are every Wednesday at 7:00pm, until the Queen of Hearts is found. The Queen was found over the summer and the winning pot was over $41,000, of which the winner received half!

Get in the game this school year and maybe you’ll be the winner. Online ticket sales are super easy! The automatic weekly ticket option ensures you have a chance to win each week.

New Student Registration for the 2026-27 School Year
We are enrolling new students for 26-27 in all grades, although preschool may have limited availability. To schedule a tour, please email Danielle Kenney, Director of Marketing and Development, dkenney@olwschool.org

– A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required for all students at the time of registration. Without the registration fee, the student will not be put on any class list. The registration fee is refundable if you do not secure a spot in our school.
– New students also need to provide a LEGAL birth certificate (not the hospital copy) at the time of registration
– If the student is baptized, please also provide the baptismal certificate (even if baptized at OLW)
Copies will be made and originals returned.

Registration Information for 2025-2026
We can accept mid-year transfer registrations for students entering Preschool to 8th grade based on availability. A tour of the school is required with a shadow day for grades 2nd and older being highly encouraged.
