Welcome to Mrs. Leanes' Second Grade
This is my 5th year of teaching second grade at Our Lady of the Wayside School. I was a first grade teacher for 14 years previously at this school. I am a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University and began my career teaching 2nd grade at Eisenhower School in Prospect Heights. I truly enjoy working with the primary grade children.
I currently have 25 happy and energetic students in my class. We are always ready to listen and learn. Each day presents new challenges and we live our motto, "Be the best you can be and Do the best you can do!"
We all deserve RESPECT
