FSA HOSPITALITY CHAIRPERSON oversees the following captains and events:
- BAKERS CAPTAIN : Solicits and coordinates baker volunteers on an as needed basis.
- KICK-OFF COFFEE CAPTAIN : Coordinates coffee on first day of school ( 8/25/10 ).
- WINTER OPEN HOUSE CAPTAIN: Coordinates refreshments for event on Sunday in January or February.
- VOLUNTEER THANK YOU MASS RECEPTION: Coordinates event in late April/early May.
- PRE-SCHOOL HOSPITALITY CAPTAINS: Coordinates Pre-K functions and publicity.
- KINDERGARTEN HOSPITALITY CAPTAINS: Coordinates functions and publicity.
- KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION RECEPTION CAPTAIN: Coordinates event in May.
- CONFIRMATION RECEPTION CAPTAINS : Coordinate event in February.
- GRADUATION FAREWELL DINNER CAPTAINS : Coordinate June event.
- GRADUATION RECEPTION CAPTAINS: Coordinate June event.
- FACULTY MEAL CAPTAINS : Coordinate faculty dinner in November during Parent Teacher conferences and Thank You luncheon in May.
- EIGHTH GRADE VIDEO CAPTAIN: Produces video for Graduation Dinner.

DENNIS SHOPPING EVENT
On Monday, July 26, Dennis Uniform is having a special shopping event for Our Lady of the Wayside. Dennis is offering 15% off your total purchase if you shop from 4-8pm. For more information, click here.
7th GRADE PARENTS and/or STUDENTS
We need additional volunteers to help with the 8th grade graduation reception on Friday, June 4th. Please consider offering your time (and receive service hours) to help make a memorable night for your friends.
Set up: after school 3:05- 5:00
Serving: 8:00pm- 9:30pm
Clean up: 9:30pm-10:30pm
Any help is appreciated. We also need one person to pick up some pre-paid items at Party City, at your convenience, on Friday, June 4 th and drop them off by 4:00 at school. Please contact Tina Kanter: tmkanter@yahoo.com or Patty Reilly: patty.reilly@sbcglobal.net for your preferred job. Thank you!
